Spinach Dip with pumpernickel bread: pumpernickel bread hollowed out and stuffed with our own spinach dip mixture surrounded by crackers

Stuffed Jalapeno poppers: breaded jalapenos stuffed with cheddar cheese or cream cheese and then golden fried (MILD) (2pp)

Meatballs: homemade meatballs served either in a brown gravy, marinara sauce, or sweet and sour chili sauce (4pp)

Ham Croquettes: minced ham breaded and fried to golden perfection (2pp)

Chicken Croquettes: minced chicken breaded and fried to golden perfection (2pp)

Mini stuffed potatoes: seasoned ground beef rolled inside mashed potatoes then breaded and fried (2pp)

Tomato Caprese w/buffalo mozzerella cheese: vine ripe tomatoes sliced and topped with buffalo mozzarella cheese drizzled with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, oregano, salt and pepper (2pp)

Stuffed Pepper Dews: Goat cheese stuffed pepper dews (tangy not spicy)

Mini Cuban Sandwiches (1pp)

Devil Eggs: cream egg yolks whipped and stuffed into half egg whites topped with paprika. Can be ordered with jalapenos and other varieties (1pp)

Assorted cheese tray: Choice of 3: pepperjack, cheddar, swiss, colby jack

Fresh seasonal fruit tray: variety of fruit in season such as pineapples, grapes, strawberries, watermelon, oranges and melons

Olive Tapenade Latam: bread sliced and layered with soft brie cheese, olive tapenade and fresh diced tomatoes and toasted

Fresh bacon wrapped Jalapeños: fresh whole jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. (Can be made without cheese) (2pp)

Chicken Tenders: kids favorite. Strips of chicken tenderloin breaded and fried to a golden brown. (2pp)

Chicken Wings: chicken wings baked the way you prefer. Buffalo, sweet and sour, honey BBQ, etc. (2pp)

Stuffed Plantains: 1/3rd cut ripe plantains butterflied and stuffed with your choice of Ropa Vieja, Picadillo or Roast Pork then smothered with mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven (1pp)

Empanadas: beef, pork or chicken empanadas made in house and baked not fried (1pp)

Fried Pork Chunks: roasted pork loin deep fried crispy smothered in Latam’s mojo

Ropa Vieja Shooter: 2 oz shooter cup layered with ropa vieja, mashed potatoes or white rice (1pp)

Spanikopita: spinach and feta cheese in a flaky shell (2pp)

Bourbon Chicken Skewers: chicken chunks, onions and peppers served in a bourbon sauce (1pp)

Bacon wrapped scallops: scallops wrapped in bacon and dusted with our house seasoning and cooked to your liking. Can be ordered blackened style as well.

Shrimp cocktail: jumbo shrimp peeled and cooked to a pink perfection, chilled and served with cocktail sauce

Shrimp al ajillo: jumbo shrimp peeled and cooked in a butter and wine sauce and seasoned to wake up your pallet

Shrimp Enchilado: jumbo sized shrimp sautéed in a marinara sauce

Seafood Martini: martini glass filled with jumbo lump crabmeat, mango, grapes, avocado, tomatoes and olives in a light and creamy dijonaisse sauce topped with a jumbo shrimp

Tuna Sashimi Martini: martini glass with seaweed salad, cucumbers, Ahi Tuna and drizzled with a light wasabi sauce

Blackened shrimp wrapped w/bacon: our jumbo shrimp peeled and blackened with our house seasoning then wrapped with bacon and baked to perfection

Marinated Pork Shank: Cuban style slow roasted pork shank marinated in garlic, oregano and sour orange

 Chicken & Waffles: fried chicken tenders on top of a 1/4 Belgium waffle and served with maple syrup

Brisket Sliders: choice black angus beef brisket slow roasted for 7 hours with Latam’s secret recipe and placed on a slider bun or Hawaiian roll
